Postcards have long been a representation of our holidays, typically sent home to distill a feeling of envy amongst family members, or otherwise to let them know they are still on our minds, even when we are in sunnier (or not) climbs. Postcards show history well, as they take a snapshot of a place frequented by people, and as a result serve quite well as a way to document the holiday maker, postcards are a souvenir that explain thier existance with an image or a catchphrase! |
